Respect
As the old saying goes, in order to get respect you must give respect. Well the first person you need to apply that to is yourself. You can't help anyone else before you know who you are, what your values are, what you want out of life or even what you need from a partner. You are worthy just by being here so now is the time to start to act like it. Make positive choices not detrimental ones. Speak your truth and don't water it down. Go for your goals, if you don't nobody else will get them for you. Treat other's with kindness and respect and weed out the ones that don't give that back to you in return. There is nothing more powerful in this world then having self-respect. Tap into yours all day long.
