No Worries

Worrying is like a rocking chair,
it gives you something to do, but it gets you nowhere.
~Glenn Turner

No Worries
You can choose to worry about a situation or not but ultimately your worry will not change what's going to happen.  What your worry will do is block you from experiencing the joy right in front of you.  Worrying is like putting up a wall around your body, mind and soul.  It clouds your decisions, rules how you feel and makes it almost impossible to really listen and connect with other people because you are so fixated on worrying.  It's normal to have a little fear and maybe even anxiety over a situation but when you let the worry get out of hand, it can take over your life.  Stop a second and remember that in this very moment that you are reading this, you are safe and secure.  Look around you.  Realize that right now, there is nothing to worry about.  Be it finances, a relationship, work, family, your job, worrying about it is not going to change it.  What will change a situation for the better is working towards your dreams and goals to better your life.  Take the necessary steps to take charge of your life and clear away the worry that is acting as nothing more than a roadblock and a distraction.
