Guilt
Living with any type of guilt can suffocate you.  It can block you from being able to move forward with your life.  It's time to get real with what you are feeling and work through the pain & shame in order to gain peace.  When you feel guilt, you are holding on to a past situation too tightly. Whether it's because you feel that you deserve to "suffer" or you are fearful of making another "bad" decision, you are grasping your guilt so tightly that you start to lose yourself. You must understand this, going through a challenging situation was punishment enough. You no longer need to relive it every single day. Own your guilt.  Take a long hard look at it and get real with yourself.  Why do you feel guilty or what do you feel guilt about? Now go deeper, where where are these feelings truly coming from? By owning your truth you can finally give yourself permission to move past the guilt and find peace.  The universe does not want you to suffer endlessly.  On the contrary, it wants you to be happy.  By carrying around guilt, for any reason, you block yourself from love, peace, joy and happiness.  You deserve all of those things and more.  It's time to face the guilt and set yourself free.
