Stress
Just saying that word can make the back of our necks stiff, cause our heartbeat to increase and make us start to sweat. Stress is what we feel when we are not in a state of rest, relaxation or peace which for some of means we are stressed every single minute of our lives! Now some people use stress as a "motivator" to get things done. Others feel that they somehow "deserve" the stress that is in their lives. Well it's time to knock those feelings to the floor and throw them out with the trash. The belief that we have to be stressed to be successful, to achieve our goals or to deserve happiness is just false. You were not put on this earth to live in a state of stress for that will do nothing for you but put you in an early grave. Life is meant to be enjoyed, cherished, embraced and when you are not doing this, you are really not living. Stop waiting to take a vacation to get "destressed", stop waiting for the project to be over with to finally calm down and stop waiting for permission from others to quiet your soul. Find a way to release your stress productively and start to see that when you find that place of calm in your spirit, everything else will start to fall into order.
