TLCWhen was the last time you gave yourself a little TLC? Hard to remember, right! As much as you care for everyone else and their needs, you must start putting yours as a priority as well. It's okay to just stop and have a lazy day without feeling guilty. It's okay to let the laundry go for a day or two (or three). It's okay to go to bed once in a while with the dishes in the sink. It's okay to let yourself off the hook from being "perfect". Cut yourself some slack today or even this entire week and do a few things that make you smile, make you feel good and just make you feel like "you" again. Take some time of your day for the most important person - you!
