The Tide
The tide rises and falls every day.  When it rises, the tide washes away all of the imperfections and impressions made on the shore.  It smooths out the rough edges.  When it falls, it leaves a clean slate behind and some treasures along the shoreline.  

Let the tide rise and fall on your day.  Let the imperfections and mistakes get washed away as you turn in for the night.  Let go of the challenges you faced for the day is done.  As you rise, wake with the understanding and the hope that you can create something new or do something different with the clean slate that has been presented to you.  Watch for hidden treasurers along your path that will help you build upon your purpose and help to solve the challenges that come along in your day.  

Life is flow of up and down, back and forth.  Learn from the tide and relax into the rhythm of life.
