reSolution

A New Year brings with it new hopes, new dreams and the feeling of a fresh new start.  You might have written down some resolutions to help change some "bad habits" or things that you have always wanted to do but have not. The problem with resolutions, well they usually are broken quickly. Why?  Sometimes you put too many things on the list to concentrate on all of them or you put one giant thing on your list but did not create a plan of how you are going to get there. See a resolution needs to be more than just what you want to become or want to accomplish. It needs to address a problem.  You need to look for the solutions to your resolutions. That's how you will be successful.  So look at your list, even if it has only 1 item on it and write down what small steps you can achieve in order to reach that goal. Everything you dream about accomplishing is obtainable as long as you not only dare to think big but to plan big as as well.

Happy 2015!
