Tread Lightly
As pressures mount, it's real easy to get stressed and not take care of yourself.  You run and run and then run some more and before you know it, you have run yourself straight into the ground.  Take some time today, if even for a few minutes, to stop, breathe deeply in and just stop the noise and chaos for a few moments.  Ground yourself and your thoughts.  It's time to tread lightly on your mind, body and soul so that you can stay centered and healthy!
