Negativity Diet
Have you ever felt on the verge of a major shift happening in your life but something always seems to "get in the way"?  Well that something just might be you!  It's time to go on a negativity diet.  When we surround ourselves with negative or low energy, we push away our manifestations and thus we make it harder on ourselves to receive abundance.  Starting today, go on a negativity diet.  What is that?  Well it's pretty simple yet for some it might be the ultimate challenge.  Stop surrounding yourself with people who are negative and bring chaos into your life.  Stop reading gossip magazines, websites, news articles and headlines that bring your energy down.  Don't engage in negative comments, feedback on social media sites, at work or in your personal life.  Stop watching (this might be tough) shows that cut people down, back stab, fight and are just about people being nasty to each other.  Clean out the clutter that surrounds your living space and work area.  Make every area of your life as harmonious as possible.  Be in charge of the energy that you allow around you.  Go on the negativity diet for a few days and see how cleansing your space will allow your soul to breathe.  Watch how much goodness you are able to manifest in your life during these next few days.  Sometimes all it takes is for us to push the off button to all of the chaos and nonsense.
