Anger & Fear
When you are angry at someone, something or even the world, that energy shifts who you are meant to be.  Anger comes from a place of fear.  So what about this situation or person is making you feel that emotion? Do you fear being vulnerable?  Do you fear trusting?  Do you fear not being in control?  Do you fear being abandoned?  Do you fear being hurt?  When you get frustrated, mad and upset, it's time you do one of the hardest things in life ~ take a long hard look in the mirror.  Ultimately this situation is supposed to make you learn about yourself, not about the other individual.  Situations and relationships are intended to make us grow but if all we do it point at everyone else then we are missing the lesson. Here in lies the challenge for us all.  Before you let anger continue to breathe life into your soul, take some deep breaths in and go deeper with that emotion.  You will feel the anger leave and fear creep up with the truth about what you are feeling.  Own it, look at it for what it is and take the lesson so that you can move forward healed.  Anger does nothing for you but perpetuate more bad feelings and ruin your day.  It's time to get out of your own way, let go of the hurt, deal with the pain and release it so that you can walk forward with peace and love.
