Judgement
It's easy for us to look at another person and judge them from head to toe.  We may not like what they are wearing, their tone of voice, their opinions, how they live their life, who they are in a relationship with or event better, what they have chosen as their career.  It's easy to cut someone down with your words, especially those that we have never met like strangers passing us by on the street or public figures.  But why do we judge? What good ever comes out of putting another person down or sticking your opinions on them?  Would you want every single person you cross paths with today judging every ounce of your being?  That would be very uncomfortable because nobody is walking in our shoes and has had the experiences we have.  Well then why do it to somebody else?  Make a conscious effort today to STOP the judgement and instead come from a place of love.  Judgement equals fear and we don't want to live our lives based on that emotion!  Always choose love when about to judge!
