Health
Your health is something you can ignore for only a certain length of time before it starts to get in the way of you really living.  Once you start to feel your bones ache, your knees hurt, your muscles tighten, your heartburn increase, your feet swell and the weight start to creep up, it's way overdue to do something about it!  Don't wait until your body forces you to take care of it, do something about it today.  You have all the tools to keep yourself a well oiled machined.  You know what to eat, how much you should be eating, how often you should be getting some exercise in, you just have been refusing to do so.  Well guess what?  The only person you are hurting is your own body and soul.  When you feel good, everything else seems to fall into place.  When your body is in balance, your life tends to be more balanced.  When you feel free in your own skin, then you tend to live every day to the fullest.  It's time to get present in your own life, take your health seriously and start to be the person you were meant to be inside and out.
