Expectations
When we lower our standards, we never get what we deserve.  We settle for less than what we desire or should have because we don't believe that we are worthy enough, smart enough or that we can have "it all".  So we compromise more than we should.  We let others race past us.  We stifle our dreams so that other may grow.  Where has that led us?  Um, not much of anywhere!  When we raise our expectations, life will answer us back. When we up our standards, life will follow suit.  When we put our vision into action, we propel ourselves into forward motion.  Our lives will rise up to meet us exactly where we expect it to.  So go on, raise that bar and set your expectations high.
