Awareness

Awareness
It’s usually not until something hits close to home for us do we become more aware.  Not just of the situation, issue, or diagnosis at hand, but we become more aware in general. The things that annoyed us, well know we don’t even notice them anymore. How we spend our time and who we spend it with becomes much more meaningful. We have no time for petty arguments, toxic situation or people, and certainly we are hyper focused on surrounding ourselves with hope and positivity. Slowing down becomes something you cherish since you are present in more moments than you were before. Connections become deeper and even in what could be a very stressful or painful time, your life purpose could start to emerge in an entire new way.  Life happens to us to bring us more awareness of not just each other, but ourselves, our connections, and what we bring to this world as well as what lessons we need to continue to learn and grow from. The more aware you become, no matter the circumstance, the more you understand your connection to the bigger picture and that will give you hope and steady you for what’s to come. Sometimes when life breaks you down, it’s to rebuild you even stronger than before.
