Dance
Life is too short not to have fun, not too enjoy it and certainly to remain sedentary! Today is a day to put on some fun music and dance. Let go of the stress of this week and have some fun releasing it by dancing to your favorite music. Whether it's dancing while get ready to go out, with friends, in your bedroom with a hairbrush as a microphone, with your children, or with a loved one, find the time to just lose yourself in some good music. Dancing is good exercise for your mind, body and spirit. So go on and dance the day away!
