Stress
We've all been stressed. Some of us reading this right now feel overwhelmed and maybe even anxious. There is so much going on within us and around us that makes it so hard to feel at peace. We try our best but it seems that by the end of the day we are left with the feeling - what happened to today! We are concentrating so much on things beyond our control and worrying about things that could possibly happen in the future that we find ourselves too stressed to really enjoy the "right now".  We've stopped allowing ourselves to practice that in which brings us calmness because we feel either we no longer have the time or we are not worthy of our own attention.

Prolonged stress causes many things, including illness. There is not one more minute to waste on finding ways to release and let go of what you can. Your health and life depend on it. Take a look at what causes you the most anxiety. What can you do about it? Are there ways to lessen the burdens so that you can breath a little more? What are you trying to control that you can't? Somewhere you need to allow yourself to resign as master of the universe. You have far less control than you think and once you realize that, you allow your soul to start to relax.

Above all, our stress usually comes from keeping things within and not reaching out to others not just for help but maybe just a listening ear. Being able to express what's going on will release the pressure from inside. You are not in this life alone, you don't have to go it alone, nor do you have to figure it all out alone either. Take steps today to start to release your fears, burdens, and stress and know that it's okay to not only ask for help but to also stop and just be for awhile...
