Evening Quiet
Every evening there is a space after you get home from work, or put the kids to bed or just collapse on the couch that there is a quiet and a stillness that surrounds you. Normally we quickly fill that silence with turning on the TV, getting lost on the internet or calling someone to chat. The next time you go to do that though, stop for a moment and let yourself feel the quiet and stillness. Take a few breaths and relax into the moment. Let your mind, body and soul decompress from going a hundred miles a minute. You owe it to yourself to go into that sacred place of stillness only for yourself. This is where you will recharge your batteries, get centered and feel connected to yourself. Don't let a day go by where you are to busy to stop and enjoy the miracle of stillness in your life.
