Lean Back

Lean Back
When a stressful situation (or any situation that makes you feel uneasy) finds itself swirling around you ~ lean back and let the energy keep moving on by you.  If you don't let it pass, you will absorb this energy and it will bring you down.  You won't be able to focus on a solutions when stricken with fear or anxiety.  Once you learn to lean back and let it pass by you instead of sticking to you, you can then see it for what it is and with it, a clear solution and a path to proceed forward on.
