When the sun comes pouring through the window and creates a sun spot on a nice comfy chair, the bed or even on a fuzzy rug, it's hard not to just curl right up in it and let the warmth flow through you and the peace take over. Even if you only stay in the sun spot for 5 minutes, you feel refocused and centered again. We all need a sun spot throughout our day.
