Sunshine
Sun is good for the soul!  It helps us relax, it feeds vitamin D to our body and it lifts our spirits.  As Astrid Alauda said, "The sun is nature's Prozac".  So go outside and enjoy it today, if even only for a little bit.  It's also a great day to pull your own sunshine along and spread it to everyone you meet.  It's amazing what a little smile, a little warmth and a whole lot of love can do for you and all of those around you.  So on this sunny beautiful day, take a moment to enjoy the benefits of the sun and in turn be the sunshine for those people in your world today too!
