Overwhelmed
You've been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately. It seems like there is a never ending pile of things to do. As each day passes, you're feeling more stressed, more anxious and definitely more tired! You are about to get to the end of your rope. Well not so fast. Life is like a roller coaster and sometimes we feel like we are free falling but it's your perspective during this time that will make or break you. You may not be able to change the amount of things you need to accomplish but you can carve out some time in the day to recenter yourself, refocus or even take a few minutes to read the comics for a quick laugh. It is far to easy to let yourself get wrapped up in the work of life but guess what, it will all get done in due time. Let yourself off the hook for a little while. You are a human being, not a machine, and can only do so much in one day. For today, start to see things from the wider angle and know that you are fantastic for being who you are, not for what you accomplish in a day!
