There are no more excuses, no more reasons left and no reason not to. It is time to bring down those walls you created around you and open your heart to life and to love. You have gotten stuck and feel like "how do I get out of this?" Well the answer is right in front of you and it has always been; start opening up your heart to those around you, to situations around you and to yourself. When you start to feel trapped, when you you feel like nothing is going right, when you have shut your emotions off from the world, you have closed the door to your heart.
