Uncomfortable
Do you ever feel uncomfortable or out of place all of the time?  Do you feel like no matter where you go, you just don't quite fit it?  Even when you move to a new environment, that feeling stays with you or even gets heightened.  You try and surround yourself with people and things to "fix" that feeling that you have.  Yet you find that you just feel out of sorts!  Well maybe that's because you are uncomfortable within which in turn makes you uncomfortable outside.  So what truth are you not living?  What passion are you not pursuing?  What screenplay are you not writing?  What classes are you not taking?  What promotion are you not going after? Being uncomfortable means that you are not connecting your soul to your body or the outside world.  It's now time to do so!  Go within, find your truth and start living the life you were meant to!

Living the Dream
We all have a dream of what we want to accomplish in life, what we want to do with our time and who we want to spend our time with. In the past we struggled to not only live our dream but to really own it as well. We danced around it and would visit it from time to time in our minds thinking, wow that would be a great place to get to! When in reality, we would do the opposite of what we needed to do in order to get there.

Well guess what? The time has come to put your dream into action! 2014 is all about living the dream, your dream, and there is no better time to start then right now.  

• If you don't like your job, change it. 

• If you have friendships/relationships that are toxic, cut the ties.

• If you have always wanted to do something, like write a book or go sky diving, do it!

• If you want to live a simpler life, start de-cluttering.

• If you feel that you are not being heard in a situation, speak up!

• If you want to move, pack your bags and go.

Don't let anything get in the way this year of living your dreams. Don't compromise, don't look for excuses and certainly don't blame your lack of movement on anyone other than yourself. You want it ~ this it the time to go for it.

Say Something

Many times we decide not to say the things we know we need to or even more important what we ought to. We hold back on what we are feeling. We may fumble to try and find the right words and so we end up not saying anything at all. By not speaking though, we run the risk of losing out on opportunities or even on people. The price we pay for not saying something may make all the difference. Don't let this year pass without saying what needs to be said and by doing what needs to be done.
