You Are Your Thoughts
Your words and actions shape who you are but your thoughts ultimately define your life.
- If you say that you are not a good person, well you will be true to that thought.
- If you say you are not good with money then you will never be financially sound.
- If you say you only get into bad relationships, you will keep repeating this pattern.
- If you say "why does this always happen to me", well guess what? - It will.
- If you say I can't lose the weight, then you won't.
It's that simple yet that profound. You are your thoughts. When you think about what you don't have or what you perceive yourself as lacking, you will be stuck in that pattern because that's what you are allowing into your life. Starting your thoughts with, I wish I had, I wish I was, If only sets up your thoughts pattern to be negative and focused on what you don't have. Well if you focus on that, guess what? You won't have it!
